Jobs: Mechatronics Technician

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a full-time mechatronics technician.

Your tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of complex systems and devices
• Assembly of mechanical parts (pre-assembly on site, final assembly at the customer’s site)
• Independent analysis of the causes of errors and faults in equipment, tools
• Control cabinet construction, reading circuit diagrams and electrical wiring
• Performing machine maintenance work and regular inspections

Your profile:

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, toolmaker, locksmith or a
• comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair
• of machines and systems
• Good technical understanding such as knowledge of the applicable standards
• Good knowledge of English and German required
• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally on business
• Ideally, sound knowledge of control (CNC and PLC) and handling of
• CAD systems is an advantage

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Mechatroniker.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Installation und Inbetriebnahme von komplexen Anlagen und Geräten
• Montieren von mechanischen Teilen (Vormontage vor Ort, Endmontage beim Kunden)
• Eigenständiges Analysieren von Fehler- und Störungsursachen an Betriebsmitteln, Werkzeugen
• Schaltschrankaufbau, Lesen von Schaltplänen und elektrische Verkabelung
• Durchführung von Maschinenwartungsarbeiten und regelmäßige Inspektionen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Werkzeugmacher, Schlosser oder eine
  vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur
  von Maschinen und Anlagen
• Gutes technisches Verständnis wie Kenntnisse der gültigen Normen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch erforderlich
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen
• Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuerung (CNC und SPS) und Umgang mit
  CAD-Systemen von Vorteil
